PHYSEE Group and NSG Group have joined forces to equip multiple office buildings across Europe with a total of 15,000 SmartWindows. PHYSEE will apply its sensors to NSG Group's architectural glass, creating windows that optimise daylight and perfect the indoor climate and ambience. SmartWindows contain sensors that measure data, such as light, air quality and temperature - information that is used to optimally cool, heat and/or illuminate buildings. This reduces energy costs by up to 30%, increases the level of comfort in the building and contributes to the happiness, health and 18% productivity in working environments.
SENSE is the only smart building technology that opens your building interior to the outside world. With a powerful building physics engine we let you connect your building to nature. Leverage the outdoor climate to balance the indoor climate and operate healthy and comfortable buildings while saving energy and money.
PHYSEE's solution also delivers valuable insights and provides analytics for buildings' owners and their tenants. Ferdinand Grapperhaus jr., PHYSEE's CEO and co-founder, emphasizes the benefits of the deal: "This collaboration with NSG Group will accelerate our mission to make existing and new buildings more environment friendly while improving comfort for its users. By combining the strengths of PHYSEE and NSG Group, we can expand our reach and create healthier, sustainable and more comfortable buildings."
Alderlan Vitalino, Value Added Director Architectural Glass Europe NSG Group, adds to this: "The collaboration with PHYSEE Group will reinforce our strategy of supplying high value added product and services, the market needs highly functional glass diverse and lively and NSG Group through innovation being the most trusted partner in all segments we work, aim to respond quickly and accurately to this customer's needs."
